US Type Bow Type Screw Pin Shackle

US type shackle is made of high-quality carbon structural steel or alloy structural steel forged and heat treated.
It is small in size and high in strength; the test load is 2 times the ultimate working load, and the breaking load is 4 times the ultimate working load. US type shackle is available in sizes from 1/8" to 4-1/2".

Product Description

US type bow screw pin shackle is widely used in machinery, metallurgy, electric power, railway, water conservancy, port, mining, construction, wharf, papermaking, chemical industry and other industries.


The working environment of US bow type screw pin shackles requires between minus 40 degrees and 120 degrees, which is not suitable for long-term use in the environment of strong alkali and strong salt.


American standard shackles shall be scrapped in the following situations:

1. Cracks appear.

2. The degree of wear exceeds 10% of the shackle body.

3. The shackle is deformed.

4. Shackles that fail to meet the standard in the tensile test of regular security inspections.
