Product Description

American standard shackles are widely used in machinery, metallurgy, electric power, railway, water conservancy, port, mining, construction, wharf, papermaking, chemical industry and other industries. The working environment of American standard shackles requires between minus 40 degrees and 120 degrees, which is not suitable for long-term use in the environment of strong alkali and strong salt.

How to use and precautions:

1.During the production operation, all shackles should be checked for defects, whether the models match, and whether the connections are firm and reliable.

2.Prohibit the use of bolts or metal rods in place of axle pins.

3.During the lifting process, no large impact and collision are allowed, and the movement should be carried out at a uniform speed.

4.The shaft pin should rotate flexibly in the lifting hole, and no jamming is allowed.

5.The shackle body shall not bear the effect of transverse bending moment, that is, the bearing capacity shall be in the plane of the body.

6.The maximum working load of the shackle is also adjusted when there are different angles of the bearing capacity in the body plane.

Scrap standard:

If there are cracks, the degree of wear exceeds 10% of the shackle body, the shackle is deformed, and the tensile test of the regular security inspection fails to meet the standard, it will be required to be scrapped.
